PVC webinar was a great success - VinylPlus Deutschland e.V.

Due to the current Corona pandemic situation, this year’s summer workshop „PVC and Environment“, jointly organised by AGPU and PlasticsEurope Deutschland (PED), was held in webinar form. Nearly 110 participants from member companies and outside followed the presentations of Thomas Hülsmann („PVC – Current Situation“), Sven Weihe („Image of Plastics – Survey and Impacts by Covid-19) and Dr. Sabine Lindner („Drinking Water Contact Materials“) on current topics concerning PVC.

Dr. Ingo Sartorius, Acting General Manager of PlasticsEurope Deutschland, welcomed the participants in front of their home office and company screens and thanked them for their great interest. This underlined not only the importance of the workshop in the industry, but also the importance of the selected topics.

The next workshop „PVC and Environment“ will take place on January 12, 2021 in Bonn – hopefully again as a face-to-face event with plenty of time for networking.
